We are proud to offer FREE express shipping Australia wide, for orders over $150. All other domestic orders are sent express post at a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Signature on delivery is required for all International orders.

US Orders will now be shipped (DDP) Delivered Duty Paid.

DHL Express (Recommended)
DHL Express is our premium shipping option for customers who prefer the fastest and most predictable delivery experience. DHL shipments typically receive priority handling, faster customs clearance, and more consistent delivery timeframes. While customs processing is still required, DHL generally experiences fewer delays due to its dedicated logistics network and priority clearance processes.
International Express
Our standard international express service offers fast dispatch and international transit from Australia. Once the shipment arrives in the United States, it must clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Customs processing times are outside of our control and may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Please note that express shipping refers to expedited handling and international transit, not customs processing times.
Customs & Border Processing
Once a shipment arrives in the United States, it must undergo U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) clearance. This process is controlled entirely by U.S. authorities and is outside of our control. Customs clearance times can vary and may be affected by:
Border backlogs
Seasonal volume
New or updated U.S. import regulations
Additional documentation reviews
As a result, parcels may occasionally experience delays after arrival in the US, even when shipped via express services.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
Where applicable, we absorb U.S. duties and tariff charges associated with updated U.S. import requirements and do not pass these costs on to our customers.
Please note that customs clearance delays may still occur regardless of whether duties and taxes have been prepaid.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs authorities, border agencies, or carriers are not considered shipping failures.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched

Order Status & Support
We actively monitor international shipments and will notify customers of any updates provided by the carrier. If your tracking shows “awaiting customs clearance,” this indicates your parcel is undergoing standard border processing.
