Refund policy

We at Baddie Beach hope that you will love your new goodies, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced items, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date, for a store credit or exchange. Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and undamaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in their original packaging. 

Please try our swimwear garments over underwear and do not remove the sanitary slip.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at the discretion of Baddie Beach to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Baddie Beach cannot return the order in this manner.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.

All earrings as part of our Jewellery collection cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will credit you to the same value of which you paid. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have encountered any difficulties, please contact us at info@baddiebeach.com.au
